Does anyone use Acquity UPLC BEH Amide 2.1*100mm, 1.7um column for nucleotide phosphate separation?

Hello,

I am working with rodent brain tissue and intend to deproteinize the tissue and separate nucleotide phosphates in the sample. I have noticed the BEH Amide 2.1*100mm, 1.7um column provided by Waters can do an isocratic separation of several nucleotide phosphates (AMP, ADP, ATP etc.). However, the methodology seems quite different from some relevant publications I have found. I wonder if anyone has experience with this column and/or how to do UPLC separation of nucleotide phosphates. I would like to receive some suggestion on the column, mobile phase and possibly sample extraction.

Thanks.
