<p> I'm working on ephedrines and amphetamines in HILIC mode using TQD system and investigating BEH HILIC, BEH Amide and ZIC-HILIC columns for rapid and sensitive results.</p><p></p><p>Can anyone suggest me that the sensitive and resolution will have increased or not ? if i try Acetone or acetone/acetonitrile (50/50) in place of acetonitrile</p><p></p><p>thanks</p>
