<p>Would like to get some thoughts on a uplc column thats equivalent to the Phenomenex Jupiter C4 reverse phase, 300A, 5u.  I'm looking to transfer a protein (2000Da to 107,000Da) separation method developed for the agilent to the H-Class.  I tried the Waters chart and the USP equivalence chart but couldn't find it.  Thanks </p>

    Hi

    I would suggest you try the ACQUITY UPLC BEH300 C4 1.7um column. This is a 300 A pore size column like the Jupiter. This is available in 2.1 x 50mm, 100mm and 150mm lenghts.
