Acquity Flow rate Accuracy Calibration

<p>Hello!</p><p></p><p>I'm trying to do the calibration of our Acquity, I'm on the Flow Rate Accuracy section. Can someone explain how to do this step?</p><p></p><p>My questions are:</p><p></p><p>Where to connect the pressure restriction device? It says in the manual that is in the outlet of the solvent manager, so do that means before the injector valve or where we usually connect the column? I'm not getting the pressure required. Now I'm not sure that the pressure restrictor is working properly but I also tried a column, a union and piece of tubing and it did not work. thanks a lot!</p><p></p><p>De Leon</p>
