Preventing "Incomplete Data" files

Hi!We are running a client-server system and have had a recent increase in the number of incomplete data files. It has affected our ability to use interactive system suitability--Empower sees the incomplete data file as a missing peak and stops the run.  Does anyone have suggestions on ways to help prevent this issue?     Have you contacted the Waters Local Service group to discuss this behavior?

    If not, it is suggested you do so because the behavior is increasing and stops the run.  It is possible this issue requires more attention that can be delivered in this forum.

  • Thank you for your reply.  Where do I find or how do I contact the local service group?  I've previously contacted the tech support in MA, but am unfamiliar with the local service group.

    The Tech Services group can dispatch Local Service at your request.  However, we have contacted them for you.

    They should in be arranging a visit with you soon..
