Amino-acid analysis using H-Class

<p>Hello,</p><p>I'm Chloe Song in Korea.</p><p>Some our custormer want to analyze amino acid using H-class.</p><p>But, it can't not analyze amino acid as I know.</p><p></p><p>Does anyone have an experience about this experiment?</p><p></p><p>I need a matarial about LC condition.</p>

    Amino acids can be run on H-Class UPLCs.  The most convienent (but fairly expensive) route is via waters' method.  You can find details in waters' 2010-2011 catalogue or here:http://www.waters.com/waters/nav.htm?cid=514511.

    I could analyze amino acid analysis using AccQ-Tag Ultra with H-class.

    At this time, the AccQTag Ultra product is only qualified for use on the ACQUITY UPLC system which is a binary pump based system.  The methods are not designed or supported to be run on the H-Class system which is a quaternary based pumping system.  We have an active development project workng on modifying the methods for use on the H-Class system.  We expect to offer full AAA support on H-Class, with the AccQTag Ultra product, sometime in early 2012.
