Change over time for UPLC from RP to Normal phase

<p>Hi! How long will it take to change over the UPLC system from reverse phase to normal phase after installing the Hexane/THF Compatibility Kit ?</p><p>Do you recommend the column manager with solvent selection valve to do the change over from RP to Normal phase and vice versa? TQ!</p>
