Renaming a Sample Set

<p> A customer recently asked me this:</p><p>If a sample set is renamed are the results still associated with the channels such that I could discern multiple processing actions?</p><p></p><p>Investigation in both Empower 1 and Empower 2 showed that this is true. When a SampleSet is renamed a new version of the SampleSet is created. When you choose "Right Click   View As.. Results" you only see the results associated with the renamed sample set ie the new version of the sample set.</p><p></p><p>However, the Result No. and Number of Results Saved columns correctly increment and remember the results associated with the original SampleSet.</p><p>In addition, the renaming action is also audit trailed in the project audit trail.</p><p></p><p>This ensures that a reviewer could identify all processing of data, even is a SampleSet is renamed.</p>

    We have the same problem, renaming Sample Set results  when trying to retrive results dooing "Right Click   View As.. Results" you only see the results associated with the renamed sample set ie the new version of the sample set.
