<p>Hi,</p><p></p><p>We are interested to do comprehensive qualification test of Acquity UPLC, I mean OQ/PQ, during installation in 2007 we did OQ/PQ according to UPLC installation manual & checklist, anybody have some documents, files or guidelines related to IQ/OQ/PQ of UPLC please attach here.</p><p></p><p>I know Waters have SystemsQT sw package for this job, but we need some documented guidelines. </p><p></p><p>Thanks</p><p></p><p>Salman</p><p></p>

    We know very well about USP Chapter <1058> Analytical Instrument Qualification, that are general guidelines, but I asked anybody did OQ/PQ of UPLC & what parameters/tests they applied.
