Phosphate buffers in TQD

<p>Our UPLC-TQD was unfortunately exposed to phosphate buffers (10 mM) for about an hour which resulted in a very "frosty" MS source. The cone, probe, and the inside of the source block has been cleaned and I've been running 1:1 MeOH:H2O overnight but we're still having some sentivity issues. Does anyone have suggestions as to bring it back to normal, or do I have go further into the ion block and perhaps the hexapoles to clean out the residual material. </p>
