    Hello

Our first thought is not a custom field. If they want to do this by calibrating some imp peaks against the first main peak and some against the second, that can be done in the processing method. Using dual wavelengths will cause additional complications either through native processing or using custom field. This type of calculations is used in MassSpec.

Does this sound like an approach?

It might be a good idea to conta t your local data specialist through your sales representative, or iRequest.

  • You can use the curve reference field in the processing method component window to have a component (impurity) use the calibration from another component (active ingredient).

You can also specify channel for any given component in the component as well so you can calibrate at one wavelength for the standard and another for the impurities.

The link to the Guide on calculations should assist.
