    I will assume you are working in Empower 2. Sample name is a project based custom field. If you have sufficient privilege you can change the field width from Configure system, project properties, custom fields. The default is 32 characters, I am unsure what the maximum is.

    thank you, I did it, but I didn't try to check the maximum number of letters, I've just choose 50.
