Chiral columns for the ACQUITY UPLC?

    Hello,

    Waters does not sell <2 micron chiral UPLC columns. However, this does not mean that you cannot use your ACQUITY UPLC system with chiral columns packed with larger (>3 micron) particles.

    These types of separations often utilize normal phase solvents (e.g., hexane). This requires installation of the Hexane Tetrahydrofuran Compatibility Kit (PN 205000464). At this point, I suggest that you:

    1) Visit this link:

    2) Read the two attached literature pdf's

    3) Contact your local Waters representative since the installation of this kit is best performed by someone from Waters
