Injection of chloroform containing samples

<p>Hi,</p><p></p><p>We have an Acquity UPLC equipped with the THF/hexane kit. For some reasons, I would like to inject solvents prepared in a mixture of chloroform:methanol (30:70, v/v). I know that PEEK is not really compatible with chlorinated solvents, but I would like to have your opinion about injecting 2.5 ul, do you think it would harm the parts of the injector that are composed of PEEK?</p><p></p><p>Thanks,</p><p>Gaetan</p>
