    Apologies this has taken a while. We believe that this may be a Windows error message.

    At first we did think it was the Sample Manager PC Board, but it is not among published windows error codes and both the firmware and software engineers agree that it very much looks like a string of numbers associated with a typical failure of driver software in Windows. (Actually, the firmware engineer did look and he says it is not in the firmware code).

    Long and the short is we need more information about where and how this was seen.
