<p>Hi, our UPLC equipment is not conected to  a mass detector and we would like to determine the mass of one peak someone known how to do it? It is possible to extract the peak from UPLC  to send to other service to determine their mass</p>

    Are you talking about collecting the peak ?

    If so, this can be easily accomplished by placing a collection vessel (test tube, vial, etc.) at the outlet of the detector shortly before the peak elutes.

    Automatic fraction collectors are available but perhaps not cost effective if your need is infrequent.
