Recently people are also looking into the processes of the Analytical Laboratory in order to increase efficiency by eliminating waste and reducing variability. Have you already been exposed to Lean Six Sigma in your lab? What is your experience?</span></p>

    I've seen a number of Lean Sigma, Six Sigma initiatives in labs often labelled as "Lean Lab" so perhaps this is a more familiar term?
