    Hello,

    The recommended reversed-phase UPLC column chemistry designed for the retention and separation of polar compounds is the ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 chemistry.

    If the reversed-phase HSS T3 chemistry is not retentive enough, your next choice is to use hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC). We have two HILIC UPLC phases: ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide and ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC. The BEH Amide chemistry is a more universal HILIC phase whereas the BEH HILIC excels at retaining very polar basic compounds.
