Empower Method Set

<p>So when I load my method set to review my data, I recieve and error message that I cannot open the method set because user 'deisenbarth' (which is me) has already opened this method set. But that's impossible. I haven't opened anything else. All that is open is the Empower main screen and this single review page. What can I do to get the method set to open up?</p>

    If the message also reads something like It can be opened as Read Only it could be that the mehod is locked; we have seen something similar happening  with procesing methods and usually the administrator can unlock the method set. Let me know if this helped, I really hope it did!!

    The method can be unlocked by any user that has appropriate credentials (usually the/an Administrator).

    When logged on as the Administrator, right-click on the method and select the Method Properties. You will see a window that will show you who locked

    the system and who is currently editing it. You should also see that the "Clear" button will be active. This will clear these fields and unlock the

    method.
