  • Hi Salman

The size of bitmaps in reports is limited to 1 MB, so please make sure that your logo file is not larger than this.

  • Thanks Rune,

I got your point, i will minimize logo file less than 1mb next time, but my question is how my Peak Summary Report " BACK to Empower" as i explain when i click cancel, its not present anywhere now in my Method Reporting list....

  • Hi Salman

I need to understand what you did. Was this a new report method you tried to create or did you modify/edit an existing report method?

Is it just the default report method "peak summary report" that you use without modifications ? If yes this will be present in the default project from where you can copy it to your UPLC project.

    Hope this helps.

    best regards

  • No i just try to modify, Ok i will try to copy Peak Summary from default to my project.... but can you explain clearly how this copy process hapns from default project to my UPLC projects

    Thanks

  • Hi Salman

It is quite simple to copy from one project to another. In this case open the default project, go to the methods tab, right click on the method that you want to copy and select "copy to project". A list of all available projects will appear and you can select one or more (press control while you select) projects to copy the method to.

A complete copy of the method is then created in the projects you chose.

    best regards

  • Thanks Rune, matter has resolved; actually, we have many UPLC projects due to workload, so I copy PSR from default project.
