Rinsing "soap" from columns

So every once in a while we have to work with analytical methods that ask for "soapy" ion pair reagent buffers (such as sodium heptanesufonate or lauryl sulfate). We try our best to separate those columns and not use them with other mobile phases, but the question remains- what in your experience is the best way to rinse out columns after use with such buffers. Any helpful input is appreciated!
