period (.) and comma (,) in empower 3

I have a problem with decimals in empower 3 since on the keyboard in the alphanumeric part one when placing the empower point takes it as a comma and serves to tabulate data with decimals quickly but in one of the acquired equipments empower registers it as a point that complicating the tabulation of the data can someone help me how I set the comma and period in empower 3.
