How to calculate the mean of retention time when standard´s levels are different?

We have some problems to calculate the mean of retention time in standards with different levels. In the sample set we have levels 80, 100 and 120, but we need to calculate it only for level 100.
Is there any way to calculate it with a custom field?

Hi LSO,
How do you label/name your standards?
If you label your standards differently when you create your Empower report you can filter to only group the 100% standard together which will allow you to calculate RT mean for only that level of standard.
