FTN Communcation Problem

I am Facing in between communication Problem with UPLC FTN
We Replaced the CPU2000 And Power supply and LAC/E32 Instrument Lan card also
still we observed the problem - communication failure
we enable the logs and we observed Below Information for the failure injection

04/21/20 15:19:22  Stop Proxy Channels.
04/21/20 15:19:22  Finish Remote File Update.
04/21/20 15:19:26  Remote File Update Succeeded.
04/21/20 15:19:26  Cancel Proxies.
04/21/20 15:19:27  Stop Recording Proxies.
04/21/20 15:19:29  EndOfRun Controller Msg (Event Only - ProcessEventMsg) : ACQ-QSM#F14QSM753A, Code 24.

    From the LACE desktop, open a command window, enter ipconfig /all
    paste the instrument LAN portion of the results here.
