2690; Select DBID from DATABASE

Hello all, 

I have a waters 2690, using Empower, that recently started showing the error, "Select DBID from V$DATABASE". Empower will not let me run the sample set as a previous sample set that was saved, or allow me to save/run the new sample set. After trying it twice it effectively locks the program. Any ideas on what is wrong and/or how I could fix it?

    I have solved the issue. I'm not sure if it is the only fix, but for those of you who are wondering; I increased the quota space for the specific method I was working with. This seemed to resolve the issue.
