Help using Empower 2 software for calibration curve

Hi I am a graduate student who recently received a Waters UPLC with the Empower 2 software. I was wondering if someone could walk me through the steps of getting a calibration curve to generate in the software. I am able to run samples and the software is able to find my peak of interest but it does not translate it into the calibration curve. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

    Do you have multiple standards on just a single point bracketing?  If multiple you need to identify has standards then select levels for each.  At the end of the sequence add clear cal, cal, and quantitate lines.  You should be able to see the cal curve when you process the data in the results set.
