Loop volume listed in instrument report

We have a project in Empower2 that lists a Sample manager loop volume as 50.0 µL in the default instrument method composite group in an Empower2 report method.  However, a 10µL loop was installed and correctly listed in the Acquity console.  This only seems to be an issue in the one study.  What could cause this and how to rectify?

    Further Note: on the same instrument, same sample loop, same day with a different method for a different study the 10.0 µL loop volume shows correctly in the same report method.
