connecting AGilent 6890 using Edgeport

<p>We have just upgraded to Emp 3 SR2 FR2 and all hotfixes, yet Empower refuses to see more than 2 edgeport devices (com 1 & 2).I understood that up to 4 such devices are supported with this version of empower, anyone have any clues? The additional 2 adaptors are setup to use com 3 and 4.</p>

    For anyone whoever comes across this issue, if you are upgrading from Avocent hubs then that is where the problem lies. Rather than sort through the registry for orphaned entries even after unistalling the Avocent software, we reimaged the LACE back to factory default, reinstalled Empower then Edgeport and all was well.
